Vicky’s journey into the fitness realm was fueled by personal battles with injuries. Before achieving success as a competitive lifter and provincial champion in the APU’s open category, she overcame setbacks, including back and shoulder injuries. Determined to conquer these obstacles, Vicky delved into the science of movement and rehabilitation, emerging stronger and more resilient than ever before.

  • Despite having Type 1 Diabetes, I am a competitive powerlifter, and can deadlift 2.5 times my body weight.
