Meet Curtis Howden, not your average personal trainer. With nearly two decades of experience as a professional personal trainer, manager, regional director, and educator, Curtis has dedicated his life to helping individuals like you unlock their potential and overcome their limitations.

Journey: From Injury to Inspiration

Curtis understands the power of resilience because he’s been there. He overcame a debilitating back injury sustained in a car accident to become an award-winning and record-holding Olympic weightlifter. Curtis is currently using exercise as a tool to counteract the effects of his battle with MS and thrive in spite. His journey is a testament to the incredible resilience the human body is capable of.
